1. Laying 

 

• On Concrete slab:

 

- Install moisture barrier film or moisture seal onto the concrete slab.

- Install plywood with metal anchor. (min. 24 anchors per plywood (1200mm X 2400mm))

- Laying overlay or solid timber floor with trawling glue and secret nails.

 

 

• On Yellow tongue:

 

- Level sanding the sub floor if required.

- Laying overlay or solid timber floor with trawling glue and secret nails.

2. Repairing

​

- Timber floor boards are able to get unexpected damaged such as water or termite damages, broken boards by dropped heavy weight stuff, furniture dragged marks and shoe hill marks etc and we will provide several options you to choose to fix.
